The Pourhouse CafeThe Pourhouse Cafe is a local nonprofit coffee shop that allows customers to donate their tips to a charity. A group from Net Impact worked to organize data that had been tracking donations and track which organizations were receiving the most donations. The team organized the data to create graphs that made visualizing the important information as easy as possible.

Sustainable ITNet Impact worked with University Information Technology Services to update their pamphlet on sustainable IT that is distributed to RA's during the resource fair and to better market sustainability across campus. The team interviewed RA's to find out what information was most relevant to them and created new posters to reflect what they had learned.

IU Campus FarmThree teams from Net Impact worked with the newly created campus farm again this semester. A marketing team developed the campus farm logo, pictured left. Another group researched creating partnerships with local restaurants for fundraising and gaining funding from optional student fees. The third group evaluated the benefits of implementing a subscription-based service (CSA) at IU to easily distribute the farm's crops to faculty and students.

Innovation FundWorking together with UITS and the IU Office of Sustainability a team from Net Impact worked to evaluate the costs and benefits of using panels at the new IU Data Center to help the Innovation Fund reach its goal of reducing energy use by 25%. As part of their research, the team looked at installation costs, tax credits, alternatives, and analyzed the average amount of sunlight the panels would receive each year to determine the feasibility of this project.
